YZ型冶金铸造桥式起重机依据JB/T7688标准所设计、制造；本产品是冶金行业冶炼车间的主要起重设备，用于冶炼过程中液态金属的转运、浇注等作业。
我公司生产的本产品起重量为75/20t、100/32t，跨度一般为18～30m，工作级别为A7级。
主要特点
    1.本机由桥架、大车运行机构小车、龙门钩及电气系统所组成，桥架为双梁双轨式。
    2.大车运行机构采用台车轮组，分别驱动形式。
    3.主起升的形式可单卷筒双套驱动装置，带有吊钩组．配以龙门钩进行吊运钢水包，也可采用双卷筒双套驱动直接带有龙门钩吊运钢水包，前种型式可卸去龙门钩吊运其他物品。
    4.各机构可电阻器调速、定子调压、变频调速。
    5.各主要电器设备安装在王梁内，并配有冷风机。
    6.本机为闭式司机室联动台操纵，司机室内配有冷风机和对讲机。

Main features：
    1.The machine is composed of bridge，travelling mechanism trolley，portal hook and electrical system.  The bridge is double-beam and double-rail.
    2. Travelling mechanism adopts bogies ,driven respecfively.
    3. There are two kind of main hoisting mechanism for choice, one includes a winding drum with two set of drives，hook assembly and portal hook for conveying molten iron bucket, the other includes two drums．Two drives and portal hook. For the convenionce the portal hook of the former can be uninstailed in order to add the flexibility of conveying other materials.
    4. Resistor changeable stator voltage or variable frequency is applied for speed adjustment in each mechanism.
    5. Major electrical equipments with air cooler are mounted on the main girders.
    6. The manipulation，equipped with cooler and walkie—talkie is closed cab’s control.
